What an amazing experience. The staff was great especially Patricia who treated us like family, her warmth. We booked a luxurious room with a river view and had a wonderful evening enjoying a swim followed by some quiet time in the sauna after exploring all day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it felt justifiable for the experience we received.

i had a wonderful stay at estalagem santa iria hotel & spa. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they even moved one of our rooms so we could be close to each other. the location by the river is stunning, and the junior suite with garden view was very comfortable. we enjoyed a relaxing evening at the sauna and pool, which were refreshing.

Spa facilities require better maintenance, especially regarding slippery floors!!! Pool access rules are overly stringent with swim caps!!! Parking becomes a hassle during peak seasons!!! The air conditioning system needs improvements for consistent temperatures!!!
